Rhonda Spetta began her career  in the hair industry in 1993 and has owned her own salon since 1999. Rhonda offers a large range of services specializing in haircuts, styles, colors & highlights, perms, and facial waxing. All of her hair care product are Paul Mitchell, Matrix and TIGI Bed Head.
